Click Create Invoice — no signup needed. Fill in your business name, your client's name, and your line items. Smart defaults handle currency, dates, and invoice numbering.
2. Customize
Choose from 17 professional templates. Or click "Customize in editor" for full control over fonts, colors, and layout. Every template works in all 24 supported languages.
3. Send
Download as PDF, or share a link. Your client can view the invoice in their browser and pay right there — no app to install, no account to create.
4. Get paid
When your client clicks "Pay Now", the money goes straight to your Stripe account. You get notified when payment is complete.

Your invoices are stored locally in your browser. No third-party tracking. No data selling. Works offline. Data sent to the server for PDF export and AI features stays on Cloudflare's edge and is never stored — we never see your invoice content unless you explicitly enable cloud sync.

Free forever for individuals. Pro for $7/mo when you need cloud sync, email sending, and custom domains. Team and Business plans available for larger organizations.
